Debi Rubbiani is an award-winning Executive Producer with nearly two decades of end-to-end global production experience across the U.S., Europe, Latam, and Asia. Her core strength is leading multi-market work, brief to delivery, where ideas must travel: aligning creative with local realities, managing cross-border crews and schedules, versioning in multiple languages, and protecting craft under different budgets, regulations, and cultural nuances. Brand experience and past clients include The Coca-Cola Company, Netflix, Meta, AB InBev, The Kraft Heinz Company, Kimberly-Clark, SC Johnson, Mondelēz, Porsche, Supercell, Restaurant Brands International, and Lamb Weston. And over the course of her career, Rubbiani has worked with global agencies such as Ogilvy, Grey, GUT, DAVID, The Community, Media.Monks, Founders, BPI, and Universal Music for Brands.

Proudly born and raised in Argentina, Debi learned her craft and gained experience by growing up in Argentina’s world-class advertising scene, where resourcefulness and big ideas under constraint are table stakes, which set a high bar for execution from the start. As a bilingual producer (EN/ES), she’s comfortable working across integrated, social/platform-native, and film, and what she can bring to the Young Lions Jury is a truly international producer’s lens; she can evaluate how creative ambition meets craft and feasibility at scale, what must stay consistent globally, what should be localized, and whether the production approach can sustain quality across markets and platforms. Rubbiani is attentive to cultural nuance, brand safety, and measurable impact, and she’s also committed to fair, transparent discussions, strict conflict-of-interest practices, and to elevating the next wave of ideas that are both beautifully made and also executable in the real world.
